How does Quantum Multidisciplinary Alignment ( # QMA) Works
When we are in pain or stress we think that is bad. We try to suppress these symptoms with medications or by taking other actions such as supplements. Sometimes we even eat healthy, do exercise and try to live healthy life to our best capacity. We even try to go to specialist to resolve the issue.
However, problem continues in more or less way. It becomes chronic. It may take years it resolve it or we learn to live with it. Sometimes we even modify other parts of life such as giving up activities that we love. We start living mechanical lives that is dependent on medicines or giving up activities and hobbies. We stay stuck.
Lot of times our body's innate desire to heal resurfaces. We all have body consciousness at cellular level. Our DNA's store data from lifetimes and it knows what steps it needs to take only if we just listen to it.
This is where QMA technique of healing comes in play where we tap into our body awareness at body consciousness level.
Being a Physical Therapist, Sound Therapist, Manual Therapist and working as a meditation coach, I have learned that we become aware of our body's cues for healing during meditation.
QMA uses mindfulness meditation as a tool for clients to connect to their body consciousness. In this meditative state of relaxation, clients learn to tap into their own body consciousness. Our body knows source of pain and discomfort. It guides us towards correct path to resolve issues that affect us.
QMA method of healing makes pain and discomfort as our friends instead of enemies.
During QMA session, clients learn to appreciate their body's signals and able to take correct actions.
I assist clients with guided imagery and body scan technique to visualize areas that needs to work on and assist clients to understand interconnection of different systems of body by giving them context.
Clients then need to perform lifestyle changes that their body will guide them to do. QMA method of healing helps clients tuning into their body consciousness with mindfulness meditation, understanding it's cues and guidance on implementing changes. Client themselves will be able to tell what areas to work on. I as a therapist will bring in the context according to my areas of expertise.
However, Client will be responsible to implement changes.
