One of the most sought after sessions. No Initial meditation experience needed. Customized technique that is right for you from multitude of techniques. Multiple sessions ( up to 10 in short period of time ~3 months) recommended to excel an art of meditation. Homework is provided with discipline to perform atleast 10 mins of meditation daily. Soon you will be able to perform even an hour long meditation and getting into deeper meditative states. This gift of meditative practice is worth giving to yourself as it will help you in all parts of life. I will always be available as a coach throughout your journey to help you excel in art of meditation.
